Information collected
Business enquiries may include name, business email, company, website, country, optional WhatsApp details, product requirements, source-page information and files the sender chooses to upload.
Purpose
Information is used to review sourcing requirements, coordinate potential supply sources, maintain project history, follow quotations and orders, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies
The public website currently does not activate analytics or advertising technology. A first-party privacy-choice record may be stored in the browser’s local storage so the site can remember the visitor’s choice. Optional categories remain off until affirmative consent is recorded. Retention
Inquiry records are retained for long-term business management. Records may be archived, manually deleted or removed where applicable law or a valid privacy request requires it. No automatic 90-day deletion applies.
Confidential files
Uploaded RFQ documents and drawings are stored privately and require authorised access. Senders should upload only files they have permission to share.
Sharing
Relevant requirement information may be shared with selected supply sources and service providers where needed to evaluate or fulfil the enquiry. XiangtanExport does not publish buyer contact details.
Rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing support@xiangtanexport.com. A request may require reasonable identity and scope verification before action is taken.
