Cooperation models and project controls

How We Work

Choose focused sourcing support, execution support for an existing supplier or a longer-term local buyer-support arrangement. Every project starts with a written scope and responsibility boundary.

Quick Answer

XiangtanExport works as an independent local sourcing, trade and export support team. The exact contracting parties, service scope, fees, access, evidence, authority limits and deliverables are agreed before work begins.

Three Cooperation Modes

1. Focused sourcing project

For a defined product need: requirement review, research, supplier matching, RFQ, samples and a decision record.

2. Existing-supplier execution support

For a selected source: order follow-up, visits, checks, documents, loading, logistics or issue coordination.

3. Ongoing local buyer support

For repeat activity: a written local coordination scope, reporting cadence, authority limits and escalation route.

Typical Project Flow

Buyer specification and decision table
Stage Control point
1. Intake Clarify the service type, product, location, timeline, parties and desired result.
2. Scope Confirm deliverables, exclusions, evidence, cost, access, authority and communication route.
3. Execution Coordinate only the approved activities and keep supplier and buyer information private.
4. Reporting Separate observations, third-party findings, supplier statements and unresolved gaps.
5. Close or continue Record buyer decisions, open actions and the next agreed service stage.

Responsibility Boundaries

  • XiangtanExport is not a government agency, marketplace, manufacturer directory, escrow provider, carrier, customs authority, certification body or accredited laboratory.
  • Supplier selection, technical approval, payment, contractual release and destination compliance remain with the responsible parties unless a lawful written scope states otherwise.
  • Third-party inspection, testing, logistics and warehousing are identified as provider or partner services; no unverified accreditation or partnership is claimed.
