Why supplier identities are not published

A public directory can expose commercial relationships, encourage specification-free price shopping and reveal documents that belong to a particular factory. We share identity and private files only where appropriate during a qualified project review.

How supply sources are identified

Research combines local industry knowledge, public records, technical capability leads and direct supplier communication. A research lead is not treated as a qualified supplier until the relevant facts are checked.

How product information is reviewed

We separate verified evidence, supplier claims, research leads and unverified statements. Technical values stay tied to the exact product, grade, model, test method and document date.

How documents are checked

• Company identity and scope
• Current certificate issuer, number, scope and expiry
• Product-level TDS, SDS, COA, test report or MTC
• Document applicability to the quoted grade or configuration

How supplier matching works

The buyer requirement is reviewed first. Candidate sources are then compared against product fit, evidence, commercial readiness and delivery constraints. Matching records remain private.

Factory visits and sample coordination

Where useful, XiangtanExport can coordinate factory visits, samples, product tests or equipment material tests. The scope, cost and deliverables are confirmed before work begins.

Commercial confidentiality

Supplier identities, original documents, internal pricing, margins, contacts, rankings and buyer-to-supplier history are never exposed in public page HTML, schema, sitemaps or search results.
